Yannick Alléno and Orient Express Corinthian

Chef Yannick Alléno is shaping the culinary vision of the Orient Express Corinthian, the exceptional new sailing yacht developed in close collaboration with Accor, whose first cruises will begin in June. This collaboration marks a new milestone in the Chef’s international expansion, bringing to life an immersive gastronomic experience conceived as a true journey of the senses.

Sailing across the Mediterranean, Orient Express Corinthian will feature five restaurants imagined by Yannick Alléno, including La Table de l’Orient Express. Faithful to his vision of a contemporary cuisine in constant movement, the Chef creates an experience where elegance, precision and emotion engage in dialogue with the landscapes and cultures encountered throughout the voyage. Each menu draws inspiration from the regions explored along the way, offering a modern and open interpretation of French gastronomy.

Conceived as a showcase for hospitality and the finest French craftsmanship, Orient Express Corinthian reinterprets the golden age of travel through a contemporary lens. Entirely crafted in France under the artistic direction of Maxime d’Angeac, the yacht celebrates the excellence of French artisanship through interiors combining leather, precious woods, marble and refined lines inspired by legendary ocean liners and the iconic Orient Express train.

The vessel features 54 suites with panoramic sea views, alongside a collection of spaces dedicated to the art of living: five restaurants and private dining rooms under the culinary direction of Yannick Alléno, eight bars including an Art Deco speakeasy, a theatre, a recording studio, a Guerlain spa, a marina and a 16.5-metre lap pool. Designed as an all-inclusive experience, life on board embodies a contemporary vision of travel where gastronomy, culture and hospitality come together seamlessly.

With these five new destinations at sea, the Yannick Alléno Group now counts 28 restaurants worldwide, further reinforcing its international presence and its global vision of hospitality and contemporary art de vivre
