Our commitment to your quality of life at work
The Yannick Alléno Group has made quality of life at work a pillar of its identity and its commitments. Because gastronomic excellence is only possible with fulfilled, respected and valued teams, we have implemented a set of concrete, measurable actions that today make us a committed player in our industry.

Respect as an absolute requirement
Respect for everyone, without compromise, is an absolute priority for the Group. That is why we have put in place a strict, protective framework to guarantee a healthy and harmonious working environment.
A zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate behaviour:
→ An anonymous reporting channel allows every talent to confidentially report any situation they may have experienced or witnessed.

Charters and commitments that hold us accountable
We have formalized our commitment through several initiatives:
→ The signing of a Charter of employees' rights and duties and a Charter of the Group's own values;
→ The first company in the restaurant industry to join the national #StOpE campaign against everyday sexism in the workplace;
→ Joining the Institut Lyfe's Time for Respect Charter to fight inappropriate behaviour and sexism.

→ Access to an osteopath in the workplace;
→ Yoga classes;
→ A range of essential training courses to guarantee our teams' safety.

Shaping our quality-of-life policy with you
Our Human Resources department is available every day to meet everyone's needs. Team spirit is at the heart of our identity. We nurture the collective through moments of sharing and listening.
→ Every year, our team members take part in a quality-of-work-life survey that allows us to evaluate our actions and identify new areas for improvement. Regular participatory sessions help us co-build the evolution of our practices.
→ The Group is continuing this momentum with the launch, in March 2026, of the 2nd edition of its internal quality-of-work-life survey, with a participation rate of 86%.
The results of the 2nd edition of the survey led to the roll-out of new initiatives, notably the creation of the Talent Passport and a personalized career roadmap to support the professional development of our teams.
→ Onboarding days with personalized follow-up;
→ A dedicated program for apprentices;
→ Monthly themed menus at the staff restaurant;
→ Team dinners at the Alléno Paris*** restaurant;
→ Participation in the 10km des Étoiles run and the Hotels Cup.
A collaborative source of inspiration that allows everyone to contribute to new ideas and to the continuous improvement of our practices.
