This summer, Pavillon Ledoyen — a neoclassical gem in the heart of Paris and a temple of haute cuisine led by Yannick Alléno, the world’s most Michelin-starred chef — unveils a new high-end, seasonal reception format designed for both corporate and private guests seeking a warm and timeless moment of celebration.
From June 30 to August 8, 2025, the iconic Parisian institution will open the gates to its lush, one-hectare private gardens to host exclusive receptions centered around a summer essential: the barbecue — reimagined by Yannick Alléno to blend conviviality, festive gastronomy, and exceptional service.
A New Vision for Summer Gatherings
In a bid to reinvent the art of hosting, Pavillon Ledoyen now offers an exclusive concept of gourmet barbecue experiences, available for both lunch and dinner. This event format draws on Chef Alléno’s creative approach to elevate the barbecue into the realm of fine dining, supported by the expertise of his renowned hospitality teams, who ensure each moment is orchestrated with elegance, warmth, and precision.
The experience includes:
- Private use of the Offenbach salon and its expansive, leafy terrace overlooking the historic gardens of Pavillon Ledoyen
- A curated barbecue menu prepared on OFYR grills, a leading name in contemporary, design-forward open-flame cooking
- Full scenographic support, including furniture, table settings, and floral arrangements to create a chic, countryside-inspired atmosphere
Fire-Crafted Festive Gastronomy
These gourmet barbecues are centered around the art of flame and charcoal, interpreted with the inventiveness typical of Yannick Alléno’s cuisine. The event begins with a welcome cocktail inspired by a summer picnic (focaccia with flower pesto, zucchini flower fritters, chilled gazpacho…), followed by a convivial, large-format table experience with live fire cooking: a generous mixed grill (milk-fed lamb chops, artisanal sausage, lemon confit chicken, roasted rib of beef), seasonal vegetables, and refreshing salads, ending on a sweet note with lacquered and roasted pineapple and a full ice cream bar.
This turnkey experience is priced at €155 excl. tax per guest and includes the cocktail, full furniture and floral design rental, creating the feel of an elegant summer garden party.
Three beverage packages (ranging from €30 to €75 excl. tax per person) are available to complement the experience, with a curated selection of champagnes, wines, seasonal cocktails, and French craft beers.
A Hidden Garden for Unforgettable Corporate Events
Beyond the culinary experience, this new reception format reflects Pavillon Ledoyen’s commitment to offering a unique venue for those seeking exceptional moments. Its one-hectare garden — a hidden haven in central Paris — provides a timeless and versatile setting ideal for summer seminars, team dinners, private celebrations, or exclusive garden parties.
