Yannick Alléno, the world’s most Michelin-starred Chef, unveils the annual Counter Culture calendar, featuring guest Chefs whose talent and creativity will leave their mark on the iconic counter of the one-star restaurant Pavyllon Paris.
Launched in March 2025 with Jaïs, Counter Culture has established Pavyllon Paris as a new stage of expression for promising chefs from France and abroad.
This series of four-hands (or more) dinners, driven by the complicity between Yannick Alléno and his guest chefs, promises evenings that are convivial, joyful, and refined, true to the spirit of the place.
A recurring invitation for epicureans and lovers of sharing, in the unique spirit of Pavyllon Paris. Around the counter, Yannick Alléno and these chefs will share their passion and savoir-faire with guests, offering a live performance where plating in full view and spontaneous exchanges fuel creativity.
In a warm yet elegant atmosphere, these evenings are defined by complicity, laughter, and sharing, embodying the unpretentious spirit of Counter Culture.
These unique gatherings take place within the prestigious Pavillon Ledoyen, the most Michelin-starred establishment in the world, located on the Avenue des Champs-Élysées.

An iconoclastic figure of the Parisian bistronomic scene, Les Enfants du Marché takes over the Pavyllon Paris counter for one night only. Expect a raw, direct cuisine inspired by the product itself, just as vibrant as their legendary Marais counter.
Quentin Mauro & Charlie Anne, Top Chef Finalists — November 27, 2025
Two strong personalities, two distinct universes, one shared passion. These young talents, revealed during Season 16 of Top Chef, are set to ignite the stoves of Pavyllon Paris with bold and joyfully uninhibited cuisine.
Adrien Cachot, Vaisseau — March 11, 2026
The return of the culinary scene’s enfant terrible! With Vaisseau, Adrien Cachot promised a cosmic gastronomic experience. His appearance at Pavyllon Paris is bound to be one of the most anticipated happenings of the 2026 culinary season.

Dior announces an unprecedented collaboration with Yannick Alléno, an emblematic figure of French gastronomy.
From September, he will take the helm of the Monsieur Dior restaurant at 30 Montaigne, along with La Pâtisserie – renamed “Le Jardin“ – and Le Café: three venues dedicated to the art of living, located in the townhouse that saw the birth of the Maison in 1946, which is still home to its historic ateliers.
