COMO Le Beauvallon and Yannick Alléno: a Riviera icon brought back to life since April 24.

There are places that stand the test of time without ever losing their aura.

Opened in 1914 on the shores of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, COMO Le Beauvallon is reborn in 2026 after nearly two decades of closure, opening a new chapter under the vision of Chef Yannick Alléno. Conceived as a true destination, this four-hectare estate on the Mediterranean blends heritage, modernity, and an openness to the world.

At the heart of this revival, Beauvallon Sur Mer by Yannick Alléno stands as the centerpiece of the domain. Set on the water’s edge facing the port of Saint-Tropez, the restaurant offers a complete experience, from dining room to lounge bar and panoramic rooftop.

The cuisine reflects the Chef’s spirit of travel: a subtle dialogue between Southeast Asia and the Mediterranean, where flavors, textures, and influences meet without ever blending into one. Designed to be both vibrant and convivial, the space lends itself equally to large gatherings and more spontaneous moments, from lunch through to evening cocktails in a lively, cosmopolitan atmosphere.

In parallel, the Winter Garden revives the historic soul of the property. Beneath its light-filled glass roof, it offers Mediterranean cuisine with Niçoise influences, combined with French classics, in a Belle Époque-inspired setting. From breakfast through dinner, it embodies an elegant and timeless living space, where indoor and outdoor blend seamlessly.

Alongside these signature venues, a range of complementary experiences unfolds throughout the day, positioning COMO Le Beauvallon as a key culinary destination on the Riviera. More than a hotel, the estate is an invitation to travel, guided by a holistic vision where gastronomy, lifestyle, and landscape come together.
