This summer, Pavyllon Paris celebrates the Italian art of living with a completely reimagined menu.
Nestled in the heart of the Jardin des Champs-Élysées, Pavyllon Paris unveils an elegant terrace, offering a peaceful retreat from the vibrant energy of one of the world's most iconic avenues.
Conceived as a true destination where guests can gather, Pavyllon Paris embodies Yannick Alléno's contemporary vision of gastronomy, refined yet relaxed, sophisticated yet convivial.
Throughout the summer, the terrace is transformed into a Mediterranean escape, inspired by the timeless charm of Tuscan piazzas. Lemon trees, fountains and fragrant aromatic herbs set the scene, celebrating the Italian art of living in an atmosphere that invites guests to slow down and savour the moment.
This journey continues on the plate with a culinary offering entirely reimagined for the season. From the Champs-Élysées Menu and the Brève de Comptoir lunch menu to the Sunday brunch, every experience showcases the vibrant flavours of Italy. Mediterranean ingredients, reinterpreted Italian classics and creations inspired by Tuscany come together in a seasonal collection imagined by Yannick Alléno.
At the heart of the restaurant, Pavyllon's signature counter places guests just steps away from the kitchen. Here, every movement is on display as chefs and service teams perform in perfect harmony, offering a dining experience that is both immersive and effortlessly elegant. Free from unnecessary formality, this unique atmosphere extends naturally onto the terrace, where the spirit of Italian summer comes to life.

Outdoors, one of Paris's most beautiful terraces welcomes both Parisian and international guests from lunchtime through to long summer evenings.
Reimagined in celebration of the Italian art of living, the setting strikes a perfect balance between effortless elegance and relaxed sophistication.

In the kitchen, Yannick Alléno presents a menu designed for sharing, clear, approachable and true to the spirit of Pavyllon. This season, it draws inspiration from Italy through the finest Mediterranean ingredients, vibrant sun-drenched cuisine and a contemporary interpretation of the flavours that have long inspired him.
The wine selection complements the experience with an approach that is both curated and accessible, bringing together renowned estates and hidden gems to create thoughtful pairings for every occasion.
