Alléno & Rivoire presents its spreads for Candlemas
24/11/2024
Chocolaterie

On the occasion of Candlemas, Chefs Yannick Alléno and Aurélien Rivoire unveil three new spreads. Three variations around hazelnuts, in different textures: crunchy, creamy and crunchy. Available from January 20 in stores and on the website.
The crispiest
Hazelnuts are here a real praline candy: a spread with a nice texture, to simply enjoy it with a teaspoon! A delicately crispy feuilletine, mixed with hazelnut praline and 40% Jivara milk chocolate, all spiced up with a hint of fleur de sel.
The smoothest
In this spread, the hazelnut is creamy, with a smooth texture, ideal for filling pancakes but also for preparing sandwiches! The hazelnut praline is mixed with 66% Caribbean dark chocolate and 40% Jivara milk chocolate.
The crunchiest
Very enveloping, this spread contains deliciously crunchy pieces of chocolate. An absolute treat!
At the border between pastry and chocolate, these three spreads highlight the beautiful hazelnut and its different textures, for a gourmet Candlemas from breakfast to afternoon tea!
About Alléno & Rivoire
Created by Chefs Yannick Alléno and Aurélien Rivoire, the Alléno & Rivoire chocolate factory defends a modern vision of chocolate and confectionery: gourmet chocolates and fruit candies worked with birch bark extract (xylitol) for a reduced glycemic index. True to his Modern Cuisine, Chef Yannick Alléno echoes the work of sauces: ganaches, clovers, vanilla beans... it is available endlessly according to extraction, fermentation and cryoconcentration processes, for a chocolate with a balanced and subtle taste. True chocolate makers of the 21st century, Chefs are convinced that tomorrow's palates and consciences can be educated today. They then defend a chocolate of the present ― which can be enjoyed now.
