This new summer indulgence takes the form of Sundaes by Yannick Alléno, available from May 26 to July 31, 2026, at the only outdoor kiosk at Galeries Lafayette Le Gourmet.
Sundaes by Yannick Alléno: two flavours, three sauces, four toppings
Yannick Alléno applies the same level of precision to ice cream as he does to fine dining: flavour accuracy, exceptional ingredients, generous sauces, and the freedom to compose each dessert individually.
Two flavours:
- Papua New Guinea Vanilla
- Ecuador Grand Cru 80% Chocolate
Three sauces:
- Vanilla caramel sauce
- Ecuador Grand Cru 80% Chocolate sauce
- Intense strawberry extraction
Four toppings:
- Cookie crumbs
- Chocolate-coated hazelnuts
- Wafer crisps
- Candied pistachios
