For the first time, sauce, at the very heart of Yannick Alléno’s culinary identity, becomes the starting point of a frozen offering designed for open-air enjoyment. It brings intensity, depth, and generosity to each creation.

This new summer indulgence takes the form of Sundaes by Yannick Alléno, available from May 26 to July 31, 2026, at the only outdoor kiosk at Galeries Lafayette Le Gourmet.
