A true gastronomic jewel, Monsieur Dior invites guests to a unique experience where each creation by Yannick Alléno elevates flavors to new heights. His creative work, inspired by nature, Christian Dior’s inexhaustible source of inspiration, infuses the menu with unexpected harmonies, evoking both emotion and wonder.

On the occasion of the MICHELIN Guide France & Monaco 2026 Ceremony, the restaurant Monsieur Dior at 30 Montaigne has been awarded its first MICHELIN star after just seven months of opening. This distinction celebrates the meeting between the creative universe of Maison Dior and the cuisine of Chef Yannick Alléno.

Each dish resonates with Dior’s codes, textures, botanical accents, draping, blending craftsmanship and creativity. The floral and vegetal imagery so dear to Monsieur Dior, as well as some of his favorite dishes, are reinterpreted through Chef Alléno’s pioneering techniques, such as extraction and cryo-concentration.


Among the signature creations: soft-boiled egg with caviar, violin zucchini arranged in a rosette, and lasagna in pleated artichoke, a tribute to the virtuoso hands of couture.
