On the occasion of the MICHELIN Guide France & Monaco 2026 Ceremony, the restaurant Monsieur Dior at 30 Montaigne has been awarded one star in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide.
Yannick Alléno offers Maison Dior its first MICHELIN star and becomes one of the two most starred chefs in the world with 18 stars.
With 18 MICHELIN stars across ten establishments in France and internationally, the Group confirms its trajectory as one of the leading references of contemporary French gastronomy. This momentum relies on the talent of 1,000 artisans of excellence who, every day, bring the Group’s houses to life with the shared ambition of offering each guest an exceptional moment.
Monsieur Dior by Yannick Alléno at 30 Montaigne, Yannick Alléno’s haute couture address
On the occasion of the MICHELIN Guide France & Monaco 2026 Ceremony, the restaurant Monsieur Dior at 30 Montaigne has been awarded its first MICHELIN star after seven months of opening.
This distinction celebrates the meeting between the creative universe of Maison Dior and the cuisine of Chef Yannick Alléno.
Located in the heart of 30 Montaigne, the historic hôtel particulier where Maison Dior was founded in 1946 and which still houses its ateliers, the restaurant Monsieur Dior embodies a new expression of the art of living so dear to the couturier-founder.
Since September 2025, Yannick Alléno has overseen the restaurant alongside the Patisserie, renamed Le Jardin, and the Café, three spaces imagined as an invitation to extend the Dior universe through a culinary interpretation.
Guided by the question “What would Christian Dior do if he were to imagine a restaurant today?”, the Chef has designed a menu conceived like a collection, where forms, textures and compositions dialogue with the aesthetics of couture, the Maison’s archives and silhouettes.
The Yannick Alléno Group, an international institution of French gastronomy
Since its creation in 2008, the Group has established itself as one of the major constellations of French gastronomy worldwide.
With 21 restaurants across Europe, the Middle East and Asia, it embodies a distinctive vision of French cuisine, nourished by research, transmission and constant innovation.
From Paris to Dubai, from Courchevel to London, each house expresses its own identity while remaining part of a shared vision. Maintaining these stars means renewing, each year, a collective commitment.
In each of the Group’s establishments, teams sustain a level of creativity that this distinction once again recognizes in 2026.
Yannick Alléno, a reformative vision of cuisine
The singularity of Yannick Alléno’s career lies in a reformative approach to French cuisine, founded on research, transmission and innovation. His pioneering work on sauces, extraction techniques, fermentation and cryoconcentration has profoundly renewed the vocabulary of contemporary haute cuisine.
In the same spirit of research, the Chef continues his work on fruit confit and sugar-free confit, exploring new ways to reveal the natural intensity of ingredients. These explorations also nourish the creations of Les Chocolats de Yannick Alléno, where he reinvents the art of confit first mentioned in the 16th century by Nostradamus.
This creative approach extends beyond the plate. In 2021, Yannick Alléno invented the “Table Concierge”, an innovative service where guests co-create their experience with the team even before arriving, shaping a personalized menu designed down to the smallest detail.
The Group is also committed to responsible gastronomy through the promotion of local producers and short supply chains in each house, as well as through initiatives dedicated to quality of life at work, structural choices that are integral to the Group’s identity.
These stars belong to the team
18 stars are the result of the work of 1,000 artisans of excellence: chefs, sommeliers, front-of-house teams, artisans and partners.
Each house is a human ecosystem in its own right, driven by transmission and the training of talents at the heart of the Group’s strategy.
“Receiving this distinction from the MICHELIN Guide for the restaurant Monsieur Dior at 30 Montaigne and offering Maison Dior its first star is an immense pride. Since the opening, the teams have carried this project with an energy and talent that honour both our houses. Our responsibility is to prepare the future. To train, to transmit, to inspire confidence. Stars illuminate the path, but it is the women and men who build it. These stars belong to the team. They reward their talent, their creativity and their commitment to always go further. Today, I am proud that the Group consolidates its place among the great institutions of French gastronomy internationally.” Yannick Alléno

The latest announced opening, linked to COMO Le Beauvallon, further confirms a trajectory that continues to write new chapters.
