Special Edition Domaine de Saint-Pierre with Yannick Alléno presented in magnificent special edition 50cl. Bottles manufactured in Italy and in a special package produced by designer Petra Roth. Only 200 bottles have been produced for this Special Edition.

« The Carbon Tray »

Yannick Alléno provoked a veritable revolution in the catering industry with his idea of making a tray literally unbreakable made out of Carbon fiber inspired by the automobile industry.
Compared to the heavy ordinary silver tray weighing up to 6.6 kg, this innovative tray weighs only 1.2kg  and comes as a relief.

Yannick Alléno commissioned the Maison Coquet who poured in all its knowledge and talent into the fulfilment of this project.  They worked together during  two years to respond to the necessary technical requirements for the production of the Assiette Onde ©.
