Terroir Parisien - Hong-Kong
To open first semester of 2017
As an authentic bistro, Terroir Parisien will completely respect its concept: great products, typical Parisian recipes, a simple menu made up of generous, delicious and seasonal dishes, with daily specials and menus based on what is available at market.
A sneak peak of dishes you may find on the menu once it is open:
- Radishes, toasted bread and butter; warm artichoke salad with “bonne femme” dressing
- Steamed cod, Clamart-style green peas or roasted pork loin, pasta-shell risotto
- Selection of cheese from the Île-de-France
- “Nanterre” brioche French toast, vanilla ice cream.
A huge grocery counter will also take place in the restaurant so that guests will be able to buy mouthwatering products to take away.
