Terroir Parisien - Paris
Opening first semester 2018
Faithful to its values of authenticity and sharing, this typical Parisian bistro will offer a simple menu made of generous, delicious and seasonal dishes, with daily specials and menus based on what is available on the market.
A sneak peak of what you may find on the menu once it is open:
- Radishes, toasted bread and butter; warm artichoke salad with “bonne femme” dressing
- Steamed cod, Clamart-style green peas or roasted pork loin, pasta-shell risotto
- Selection of cheese from the Île-de-France
- “Nanterre” brioche French toast, vanilla ice cream.
Magnificent products, for the most part grown in the Île-de-France region around Paris, will be used to create dishes that are the ultimate in comfort food.
The décor will be welcoming thanks to natural materials like cobblestones, zinc, wood and leather, which blend with understated colours.
In the centre of the room will stand an imposing bar, which creates a friendly and lively atmosphere.
