THE GASTRONOMIC COUNTER
Most recent creation of Yannick Alléno’s restaurants, Pavyllon was inaugurated on October 7, 2019.
Located at the Pavillon Ledoyen garden level, the Pavyllon's entrance is independent from the restaurant Alléno Paris and L’Abysse, both rewarded by the MICHELIN guide in 2019.
From the large counter, the gourmets are in the front row to see the execution of a cooking fresh where french influence and other culinary traditions are blended : the lightness of vegetable tempuras, served in side dish of several courses, the cooking on teppanyaki (metal plate), or some assembly of Nordic and Italian cooking.
At the warm days, it’s on the patio that the clients come to enjoy the nature. At the interior, some tables are placed along the large windows, also offering a direct view on the garden.
For the decoration, it’s the famous and talented Chahan Minassian who imagined the place. Every detail has been thought: patinated bronze wooden counter, velvet and suede for the seats, cerused oak panels on the walls and geometrical “calepinage” of enamelled earthenware tiles punctuated by small smoked mirrors reflecting the garden.
