From the large counter, the gourmets are in the front row to see the execution of a cooking fresh where french influence and other culinary traditions are blended: the cooking on teppanyaki, or some assembly of Nordic and Italian cooking.
At the warm days, it’s on the patio that the clients come to enjoy the nature. At the interior, some tables are placed along the large windows, also offering a direct view on the garden.
For the decoration, it’s the famous and talented Chahan Minassian who imagined the place. Every detail has been thought: patinated bronze wooden counter, velvet and suede for the seats, cerused oak panels on the walls and geometrical “calepinage” of enamelled earthenware tiles punctuated by small smoked mirrors reflecting the garden.
