First MICHELIN star for L'Abysse A meeting of two passionate chef
The famous culinary guide awards one star at L'Abysse, the japonese sushi counter located within Pavillon Ledoyen
The whole Pavillon Ledoyen's team wishes to warmly thank the MICHELIN guide for having awarded its first MICHELIN star to L'Abysse, its sushi counter created in June 2018.
Born from the meeting of Chefs Yannick Alléno and Yasunari Okazaki, Japanese sushi master, L’Abysse offers a new vision of Japanese cuisine with creative and astonishing menues. The restaurant is thought in the slightest details for being an ode for the culture of the country that these two Chefs love so much: Japan. The Chefs ambition? To always create the surprise and to offer new dishes relevant with their cuisine vision.
We hope lots of you come too discover or rediscover all the dishes created by Yannick Alléno & Yasunari Okazaki.
