The ultimate gastronomic experience
On the first floor of the superb néo-classical mansion with numerous bay windows, Yannick Alléno has settled his 3 Michelin star restaurant, also ranked 29th at the Worlds's 50 Best restaurants.
In the both grandiose and intimate room, in which the original frescos have been enlisted by the Historical Monuments, each detail has been thoughtfully arranged to ensure an exceptionnal gastronomic moment.
Though the modern cuisine he serves, the Parisian chef hands out the excellence of his training under the direction of the best chefs and the forward-thinking of his very own vision.
Extractions® bring sauces up to date, while fermentations invoke products’ specific terroirs, and each course delicately unfolds. Every dish is structured, well-presented and skilfully researched.
The whole meal is a remarkable demonstration of Yannick Alléno’s uniquely creative and uncompromising approach.

Le Principal is Yannick Alléno’s simple, tasteful, quick and affordable menu, his vision of a modern weekday lunch. Enjoy a main course and a coffee with delicacies, served in 30-45 minutes, and accompanied by a glass of wine if desired.
With this new ritual, the three-Michelin-starred chef has chosen to focus on flexibility, simplicity, common sense and pleasure; he offers his customers the opportunity to choose between two main dishes.
- The flexibility of a lunch freed from the formalism of a traditional gastronomic restaurant; the meal can be enjoyed in 30-45 minutes.
- The simplicity of two options: the “omnivore” or the “vegetarian” dish; both blending purity of flavour, extraordinary products, gastronomic meaning, with a respect for resources.
- The common sense of a balanced meal that is generous without being heavy, revitalizing, and which respects the body.
- The pleasure of savouring the food, enjoying the beautiful surroundings and the service at its perfection.
Le Principal is served Monday to Friday from 12.30pm to 2pm.
