From February 15 till April 30, the three Michelin starred cuisine from Courchevel takes up residence on the Champs-Elysées.

To echo the third star, awarded for the second time and simultaneously by the Michelin Guide to Yannick Alléno, the Pavillon Ledoyen’s teams imagined an ephemeral offer entirely dedicated to Haute Cuisine.

Les Cariatides, symbolic function rooms of the mansion, are transformed for a dinner or a lunch into a charming chalet which can welcome from 6 to 20 people.

The chef moves there his Modern Cuisine from the Alps, and it is all the flavors of the Savoie region that he invites you to discover during these ten exceptional weeks.

Fine fishes of the lake with black truffle, delicious pike fillet with marrow bone and a generous yellow wine sauce, bleu de Bonneval and delicate flambeed Savoyard charlotte, everything recalls the exclusive experience of the summits.

With this new ritual, the three-Michelin-starred chef has chosen to focus on flexibility, simplicity, common sense and pleasure: 

  • The flexibility of a lunch freed of the formalism of a traditional gastronomic restaurant; the meal can be enjoyed in 30-45 minutes.
  • The simplicity of two options: the “omnivore” or the “vegetarian” dish; both blending purity of flavour, extraordinary products, gastronomic meaning, and a respect for resources.
  • The common sense of a balanced meal that is generous without being heavy, revitalizing, and which respects the body.
  • The pleasure of savouring the food, the beautiful surroundings, and perfect service.

 

Currently, the chef offers the possibility to choose between:
